This method for making baked potatoes doesn't even require you to turn on your oven! The air fryer does all the work to get the outside crispy and the inside fluffy and tender.
Ingreadient
- 3 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed clean and dry (about 2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Butter, to serve
- Chopped chives, to serve
Direction
- Prick each potato 3 to 4 times with a fork.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the olive oil evenly all over each potato. Sprinkle the salt and pepper all over the potatoes.
- Set the potatoes in the basket of an air fryer, leaving a little space between each.
- Cook at 400°F for 30 minutes. Flip the potatoes and continue to cook for another 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut a thin slice through the top of each potato. Fluff the inside of each with a fork. Top each with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of chives.
