
A breakfast recipe that uses ripe bananas and chocolate chips to make moist and flavorful muffins that are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingreadient
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup milk(120 mL)
- 1 cup quick oat(140 g)
- 1 cup wheat flour(115 g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup greek yogurt(285 g)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup dark chocolate chip(85 g)
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend thoroughly, mixing up with a spoon if needed.
- Divide mixture among 12 lined muffin tins.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
- Bake 20 minutes.
